We offer two main delivery methods:
We will ship your order in the fastest, most reliable way possible to ensure your purchase arrives ready for you to enjoy. We ship most of our items via FedEx / UPS in the 48 Contiguous United States (unfortunately, we ship to somewhere other than Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). 

Also, there will be additional charges for rush delivery. In this case, rush or expedited shipping charges are not refundable. Suppose no one is home to receive your order. In that case, we recommend sending your package to a business address to ensure delivery. Sending your parcel to a commercial address will also guarantee a speedy arrival. 

Generally, it takes 1-10 business days to arrive. Please note that most items ship without a signature, which is always done at the delivery driver's discretion.

 *Note: Free shipping and standard delivery do not apply to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). For these states, shipping costs will be charged separately based on the actual UPS shipping cost.

Motor Freight

Unfortunately, some of our products are unavailable for FedEx/UPS ground shipping, but we can ship them via motor freight. Motor freight includes "roadside delivery" only to the delivery address. It does not include additional services like moving items to the residence. However, any other services required (inside or white-gloved delivery) may be provided at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking.

 

When will my order be shipped?

The time required to send your goods depends directly on the goods themselves, the preparation for their shipment, stock availability, and other factors. All these affect the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. We are committed to providing you with as much information as possible at every stage of order processing until delivery. Once your order has been placed, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from our customer service team confirming your expected shipping date. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with specific carriers and tracking information. If you need more information at any time, please feel free to call our customer service team.

Although rare, unforeseeable events beyond our control can occur. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, our customer service team is available to help resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

 

How long do I have to inspect the package for damage?
